Project background: the owners of Yunnan copper Limited by Share Ltd, sulfuric acid plant, the flue gas pipeline of low load valve. Aperture DN750, dn400 and pressure rating PN1.0MPa and body material SUS304, operating pressure about is 0.05Mpa, use temperature of 400 DEG C, medium circulation for SO2 and SO3 flue gas, condensation of acid and impurity particles, acid sludge. So the valve stem is easy to die. The original valve using the internal bearing structure, acid mud into the bearing can lead to death, while the original valve with actuator torque is small, there is a small amount of acid mud accumulation will be difficult to move.
Solution:
1, to improve the structure of the valve body.
A, the outer shift of the bearing. Outside the bearing can avoid the temperature is too high to avoid the card die, but also to avoid the acid mud in the bearing accumulation caused by the card dead;
B, increase the dust ring. Adding a dust ring can effectively prevent the particles from entering the filler caused by the card dead;
C, shorten the distance between the dust ring to the valve chamber. So even if there are some particles or acid mud in this accumulation will not produce too much resistance.
2, increase the actuator torque. The increase of torque can be used to overcome the resistance of the dust ring to the valve chamber and the accumulation of acid sludge or particles.
